The bubbles are present and very fine, with a moderately fast rise, linked to bread-making.\r\n\r\nIt has a well-defined nose with certainly white fruit such as pear and apple but also sweet citrus fruits like tangerine. Aromatic herbs and notes are also present.\r\n\r\nIt is a not dry wine, enveloping and with good softness. It has excellent acidity and a long persistence in the mouth both in terms of bubbles and taste. The sugar is there but well integrated.
