The moment we've been awaiting for months: the harvest of a year's labour! Joy, satisfaction, and a dose of healthy effort. By picking the grapes by hand, we can select only the best ones for Matilde.
We have been collaborating with Wellnest for two year now, and regularly sponsor their events. Wellnest defines itself as "the largest network of girlfriends". Here we were at the first summer afterwork event, in the "Bar Vertigo" at the heart of Brussels' centre, and we were present to give the "nesties" a welcome drink.
Around this time of the year, the vines' aspect changes significantly, week after week. After the blossoming, tiny grapes have now replaced the flowers. Despite the heavy rains that slowed the plants down, every day of sun counts and allows the vineyard to progress and the grapes to grow.
